Utah Admin. Code R590-235-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to establish licensing and regulatory requirements for a
stand-alone Medicare PDP.
(2) This
rule applies to a person that offers a stand -alone Medicare PDP.
