Utah Admin. Code R590-243-3 - Definitions
Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 31A-1-301. Additional terms are defined as follows:

"Commercial motor vehicle insurance coverage" means any coverage provided under
a commercial automobile, garage, or truckers policy form, regardless of the
number of vehicles or entities covered, and rated from either a commercial
manual or rating rule.
