Utah Admin. Code R590-247-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to establish a universal application for all insurers offering a
health benefit plan.
(2) This rule
applies to:
(a) an individual health benefit
plan offered outside the Federally Facilitated Marketplace; and
(b) a small employer health benefit
plan.
