Utah Admin. Code R590-272-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to create a format to provide an annual report of commission
compensation from an insurer or a third-party administrator associated with the
sale or placement of a health benefit plan to a large customer.
(2) This rule applies to a producer selling
or placing a health benefit plan to a large customer.
