Utah Admin. Code R590-274-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to:
(a) set forth procedures for
a public adjuster to submit a required form filing to the commissioner;
and
(b) provide notice
requirements, information, and disclosures that must be included in an adjuster
contract.
(2) This rule
applies to a resident or nonresident public adjuster.
