Utah Admin. Code R590-279-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to designate the offices of the Utah Insurance Fraud Division as a
secured area.
(2) This rule applies
to:
(a) the offices of the Utah Insurance
Fraud Division; and
(b) a person
visiting the offices of the Utah Insurance Fraud Division.
