Utah Admin. Code R590-282-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to:
(a) define terms;
(b) provide licensing requirements;
and
(c) establish the format for
reporting data.
(2) This
rule applies to a pharmacy benefit manager operating in Utah on or after July
1, 2019.
