Utah Admin. Code R590-285-16 - Filing Requirements for Advertising
(1) Every insurer providing limited long-term
care insurance or benefits in this state shall provide a copy of any limited
long-term care insurance advertisement intended for use or used in this state,
whether through written, radio, or television medium to the commissioner, for
review or approval by the commissioner, when requested.
(2) All advertisements shall be retained for
at least three years from the date the advertisement was first used.
