Utah Admin. Code R590-288-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to recognize a limited line producer line of authority for pet
insurance.
(2) This rule applies to
a person holding a producer license for a line of authority under Subsection
31A-23a-106(2)(a).
