Utah Admin. Code R597-1-1 - Authorization and Purpose
(1) As authorized by Section
78A-12-101 et
seq., this rule establishes procedures for:
(a) implementing judicial
performance evaluations;
(b) informing voters about judges
standing for retention election; and
(c) notifying judges of the
standards by which they will be evaluated.
