Utah Admin. Code R608-1-5 - Designation of Proceedings as Informal-Exception
A. All proceedings pursuant to the Act and
this rule are hereby designated as informal adjudicatory proceedings for
purposes of the Utah Administrative Procedures Act, Title 63, Chapter 46b,
except that proceedings before the Commission's Adjudication Division for de
novo review of the Director's Determination and Order are formal
proceedings.
B. Court proceedings
are subject to the court's rules of procedure.
