Utah Admin. Code R614-2-8 - Drilling Industry - Welding and Cutting
A. Welders and cutters shall be well trained
in the safe practices that apply to their work.
B. Welding, cutting, and brazing shall not be
done in the presence of explosive gas or fumes, or near combustible materials,
except when performed in compliance with 29 CFR 1910 Subpart Q.
