Utah Admin. Code R614-3-16 - Slow Moving Vehicle
A.
Farm field equipment operated at a speed of 25 mph or less on a highway shall
have lamps, reflectors and a slow moving vehicle emblem as required by the Utah
Department of Public Safety or local law enforcement agency.
B. Every animal drawn vehicle shall be
equipped with a slow moving vehicle emblem as required by the Utah Department
of Public Safety or local law enforcement agency.
