Utah Admin. Code R614-4-9 - Intra Plant Transportation
A.
When moving explosive materials, the material shall be in acceptable
containers, and covered when necessary.
B. Only authorized employees shall operate
motorized equipment.
C. Vehicles
used for the transportation of explosives shall be of a design to safely handle
the material being moved.
