Utah Admin. Code R623-11-3 - Definitions
In addition to the terms defined in Section 20A-1-102, the following definitions apply to this rule:
(1)
"ADA box" means the information required under Subsection
20A-3a-401(5).
(2) "Cured ballot" means a ballot for which
the notice described in Subsection
20A-3a-401(6) has been returned and is eligible to be counted.
