Utah Admin. Code R623-6-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This
administrative rule establishes verification requirements for individuals who
submit a request to withhold the individual's voter registration information to
the lieutenant governor or the county clerk.
(2) This administrative rule is authorized by
Section
20A-2-104.
