Utah Admin. Code R647-3-114 - Mine Enlargement
Before enlarging a small mining operation beyond ten acres of surface disturbance in an incorporated area of a county or twenty acres in an unincorporated area of a county, the operator must file a Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining Operations (FORM MR-LMO) and receive Division approval.
