Utah Admin. Code R649-12-2 - Definitions
(1) The following definitions apply to Rule
R649-12:
(2) "Freestanding
pollution control property" means freestanding pollution control property as
defined in Section
19-12-102.
(3) "Pollution control facility" means
pollution control facility as defined in Section 19-12-102.
