Utah Admin. Code R649-3-13 - Casing Tests
1. In order to
determine the integrity of the casing string set in the well, the operator
shall, unless otherwise requested by the division, perform a pressure test of
the casing to the pressures specified under Subsection R649-3-7.4 before
drilling out of any casing string, suspending drilling operations, or
completing the well.
