Utah Admin. Code R649-9-11 - General Construction and Inspection Requirements for E and P Recycling Facilities
(1) Division
personnel shall be given a reasonable opportunity for inspection of any E and P
recycling facility during the construction and operation of the
facility.
(2) The division shall be
notified at least 72 hours before the installation of leak detection systems or
liners.
(3) The division shall be
notified after completion of facility construction so that a final inspection
can be conducted to verify that the facility has been constructed in accordance
with the approved application.
(4)
Failure to meet the requirements and standards for construction and operation
of a E and P recycling facility shall be considered as noncompliance and will
result in the imposition of corrective actions and compliance schedules or a
cessation of operations order.
