Utah Admin. Code R650-101-3 - Distribution Requests
All distribution requests shall be made via application to the Division and shall include the following documentation:
(1) A signed distribution request on an
application form provided by and acceptable to the Division.
(2) A signed copy of any agreements or
amendments to agreements that the requestor has with Zion National
Park.
