Utah Admin. Code R650-206-9 - Exemptions to Rule R650-206
(1) The director
or the director's designee may, at the director's or the director's designee's
sole discretion and upon submission of a written application by the
organization or volunteer, exempt a charitable organization or volunteer from
an outfitting company's licensing requirements.
