Utah Admin. Code R650-222-1 - Mufflers Required
A person who operates a motorboat on the waters of this state shall ensure the motorboat is equipped with a muffler or a muffler system that:
(1) is in good working
order;
(2) is in constant operation
when the engine is running; and
(3)
is effectively installed to prevent any excessive or unusual engine
noise.
