Utah Admin. Code R650-224-4 - PFD to be Worn
(1) Except as
provided in Section
73-18-16, the operator of a vessel
towing a person on water skis or other devices shall require the person under
tow to wear an approved PFD.
(2) An
inflatable PFD does not meet the requirements of Subsection (1).
