Utah Admin. Code R650-301-1 - Authority
(1) This rule is established pursuant to
Sections 41-22-1 and
41-22-19 and applies to the
Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Grant Program.
(2) This rule governs procedures for
Off-Highway Vehicle Grant Program applications, eligibility, project selection,
and reporting and reimbursement requirements.
