Utah Admin. Code R650-413-1 - Display of OHV License Plates and Registration Decals
(1) An off-highway vehicle license plate is
to be displayed pursuant to the requirements of Subsections
41-22-3(4)(c)(ii) and
(iii) and shall:
(a) be affixed to the furthest rear portion
of the off-highway vehicle that allows the license plate to be displayed in a
plainly visible, upright position;
(b) be securely affixed to the off-highway
vehicle such that the license plate will not fall off the off-highway vehicle
during travel over rough or unimproved terrain; and
(c) be affixed in such a manner that the
license plate does not swing when the off-highway vehicle is in
motion.
(2) An
off-highway vehicle registration decal shall:
(a) be affixed to an off-highway vehicle
license plate in the location provided pursuant to Subsection
41-22-3(4)(c)(v);
and
(b) be clearly
visible.
