Utah Admin. Code R651-104-3 - Definitions
(1) "Board" means the Board of State Parks,
which is the policy making body of the Division.
(2) "Division" means the Division of State
Parks.
(3) "State Park" or 'State
Parks," as used in this rule, means unique areas of real property in Utah set
aside by the Division to preserve scenic beauty, recreational utility, or
historic, archaeologic, or scientific interest, to the end that health,
happiness, and the wholesome enjoyment of state lands through recreational
opportunities may be preserved.
