Utah Admin. Code R651-619-2 - Alcohol in Buildings
(a) An
individual may not possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in state park
system visitor centers, museums and administrative offices, unless permission
is expressly given, in writing, by the division director, or
designee.
(b) Organizations
dispensing alcoholic beverages are required to carry insurance coverage meeting
the minimum requirements set by the Utah Division of Risk Management.
