Utah Admin. Code R652-123-300 - Eligible Recovery Costs
(1) The State
Office or the appropriate Area Office may seek recovery of all costs associated
with a wildfire caused by negligent, reckless or willful acts, including
suppression, rehabilitation, and damage to state property.
