Utah Admin. Code R652-125-200 - Definitions
(1) "Fire department assistance grant" means
a grant disbursed from the Prevention, Preparedness, and Mitigation Fund to a
department that is tasked with responding to and suppressing or controlling
wildland fire within a particular geographic jurisdiction.
(2) "Prevention, Preparedness, and Mitigation
Fund" means the Wildland-Urban Interface Prevention, Preparedness, and
Mitigation Fund created in Section
65A-8-215.
(3) "Suppression Fund" means the Wildland
Fire Suppression Fund created in Section
65A-8-204.
(4) "Wildland-Urban Interface" means the zone
where structures and other human development meets, or intermingles with,
undeveloped wildland.
