Utah Admin. Code R652-21-507 - Cost Recovery
(1) The division,
during the Feasibility Assessment, shall recover reasonable costs incurred for
monitoring, inspections, and application processing.
(2) The division may contract with a third
party to independently verify any information submitted to the
division.
