Utah Admin. Code R653-12-1 - Purpose
(1) The Legislature appropriated $50,000,000
for aqueduct resilience projects located along the Wasatch Front.
(2) This rule sets forth the procedures and
requirements for issuance and receipt of grant funds for aqueduct resilience
projects.
