Utah Admin. Code R653-12-6 - Grant Award and Agreement
(1) As a condition
to receiving a grant under this section, the applicant shall execute a contract
with the division for use of the grant money.
(2) The contract with the division shall be
executed no later than sixty days following the grant award.
