Utah Admin. Code R653-4-1 - Authority and Purpose for the Account
(1) The Water Resources Investigation Account
was established by the legislature in 1953 and is authorized under Section
73-10-8.
(2) The purpose of the Account is to provide
moneys for those purposes prescribed in Subsection 73- 10-8(2).
