Utah Admin. Code R653-7-12 - Parties to a Hearing
1. All persons
defined as a "party" are entitled to participate in hearings before the
Division or Board.
2. All parties
shall be entitled to introduce evidence, examine and cross-examine witnesses,
make arguments, and fully participate in the proceeding.
