Utah Admin. Code R655-12-3B - Reporting Requirements
All information generated during the initial filling should be submitted to the State Engineer on a frequency to be determined by the State Engineer for each project. All analyses and reports produced as per R655-12-3 A must also be submitted and approved by the State Engineer.
