Utah Admin. Code R655-14-29 - Judicial Review
(1) Pursuant to
Section 73-2-25, a Final Judgment and
Order may be reviewed by trial de novo by the district court:
(a) In Salt Lake County; or
(b) In the county where the violation
occurred.
(2) A
respondent shall file a petition for judicial review of a Final Judgment and
Order within 20 days from the day on which the order was issued, or if a
request for reconsideration has been filed and denied, within 20 days of the
date of denial of the request for reconsideration.
(3) The Presiding Officer may grant a stay of
an order or other temporary remedy during the pendency of the judicial review
on the Presiding Officer's own motion, or upon the motion of a party. The
procedures for notice, for consideration of motions, and for issuing a
determination shall be as set forth herein for a motion to set aside a Final
Judgment and Order.
