Utah Admin. Code R655-15-13 - Distribution System Committee Meetings
(1) Meetings of the Distribution System
Committee ("Committee") shall be held as necessary to fulfill the purposes of
the Distribution System.
(2)
Committee meetings may be held in lieu of or in addition to the Annual Meeting
with the water users as determined by the State Engineer.
(3) The Committee Chair and Vice-Chair shall
be elected at a Committee Meeting.
(4) If the Committee meeting is held in lieu
of the Annual Meeting with the water users, the purpose of the meeting shall be
to address the matters described in Section entitled "Annual Meetings"
herein.
(5) If the Committee
meeting is held in addition to the Annual Meeting with the water users, the
purpose of the meeting shall be to review information and develop
recommendations on the matters described in the Section entitled "Annual
Meetings," herein, for presentation to the water users.
