Utah Admin. Code R655-6-1 - Authority and Effective Date
A. These
rules establish and govern the administrative procedures for informal
adjudicative proceedings before the Division of Water Rights as required by
Section 63G-4-203.
B. These rules govern all informal
adjudicative proceedings commenced on or after January 1, 1988. Adjudicative
proceedings commenced prior to January 1, 1988, are governed by
R655-2.
