Utah Admin. Code R671-311-2 - Special Attention Hearing
(1) The Board may
schedule a special attention hearing if it determines that a personal
appearance hearing will assist in making a decision regarding a special
attention request.
(2) A special
attention hearing shall be scheduled if an alternative parole violation
sanction is to be imposed and the offender requests a hearing.
