(1) Information
gathered by the division in the course of investigating an application or
complaint shall be considered protected information in accordance with
Subsection
63G-2-305(10).
(2) If information described in Subsection
R722-330-10(1) is used as the basis for the denial, suspension, or revocation
of a license, the applicant or licensee shall be entitled to access the
information.
