Utah Admin. Code R765-256-10 - Duty to Act in Good Faith
(1) Each
institution shall act in good faith to determine the applicability of this rule
based on facts known at the time.
(2) If any institution later becomes aware of
additional facts indicating this rule governs, institutions shall act in good
faith to meet the requirements of this rule when those facts become
known.
