Utah Admin. Code R765-624-5 - Employee Qualifications
(1) An employee
who works for a promise partner, or who is a dependent of an employee of a
promise partner, shall be eligible to receive an award under this policy if the
individual:
(a) completes the application
process approved by the board;
(b)
is admitted to, and enrolled in or intends to enroll in and eligible program at
an institution; and
(c) meets other
requirements established by the Office of the Commissioner of Higher
Education.
(2) The
student must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Subsection
R765-621-5(1)
for the full-length of time the student receives the award.
