Utah Admin. Code R82-2-205 - Store Site Selection
(1) This rule
is made pursuant to section
32B-2-202, which requires that
criteria and procedures be established for determining the location of a state
store.
Before the commission establishes a new state store, the Operations and Procurement Subcommittee will:
(a) determine the feasibility of a new
site;
(b) weigh options;
(c) consider the investigation and
recommendation of the Department as outlined in section
32B-2-502; and
(d) make its recommendation to the
Commission.
