Utah Admin. Code R850-4-300 - Fee Waivers
1. The director may
waive any fees when appropriate and when doing so would not be adverse to the
interests of the beneficiaries.
2.
The director shall provide a semi-annual report to the Board of Trustees of any
fees waived and the reasons for waiving the fees.
