Utah Admin. Code R850-41-500 - Application Procedures
1. A person
seeking a right of entry permit must submit an application to the agency,
either in paper or electronic form.
2. The agency may deny a right of entry
permit application for any reason.
3. The applicant shall pay all amounts due at
the time of execution of the permit prior to the agency issuing the
permit.
4. An applicant may
withdraw a right of entry permit application by giving written notice to the
agency.
