Utah Admin. Code R850-75-500 - Sales Contracts
1. The
sales contract must include:
(a) a legal
description of the affected lands;
(b) the purchase price and any pre-paid
amounts;
(c) the method of
harvesting;
(d) dates on which
obligations must be met; and
(e)
any other terms, covenants, or conditions to ensure the responsible harvest of
wildland plants and seeds and compliance with the agency's
rules.
2. The term of a
sales contract should generally be no longer than one year, unless otherwise
approved by the director.
3. The
sales contract is not final until the purchaser and the director execute the
contract.
