Utah Admin. Code R850-75-700 - Assignments
1. A purchaser may
not assign a sales contract without the prior written consent of the agency.
Any assignment made without the agency's consent is void.
2. As a condition of the approval of an
assignment, the agency may require:
(a) the
assignee to accept the most current applicable permit or contract form;
and
(b) premiums on the total
estimate of the sale.
