In addition to those other planning responsibilities described herein, the agency shall:
(1) Submit proposals for the sale of trust
lands to the Resource Development Coordinating Committee (RDCC) unless the
proposal is exempt from such review;
(2) Evaluate comments received through the
RDCC process; and
(3) Evaluate any
comments received through the notice and advertising processes conducted
pursuant to R850-80-605 and
R850-80-615.
