Utah Admin. Code R873-22M-30 - Standards for Issuance of Original Issue License Plates Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 41-1a-416
A.
"Series" means the general alpha-numeric sequence from which plate numbers are
assigned.
B. An original issue
license plate is unique and does not conflict with existing plate series in the
state if the particular plate number is not currently registered or displayed
on the motor vehicle master file record.
